Our agricultural journey began in 1978 with livestock and grain farming. After acquiring La Encomendiña in 2020, we embraced regenerative agriculture—cultivating not only crops and olives, but values, knowledge, and a deep connection to the environment.

Inspired by the rare octagonal shape of our historic tentadero at the heart of the estate, the octagon reflects our commitment to preserving tradition while thinking differently.

The Olive Tree: FAMILY
The olive tree represents family and dedication. Its three roots signify the founding siblings who decades ago committed to a life deeply tied to the land.
