La Encomendiña strengthens its sustainability commitment with its 100% Premium Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil
We work closely with our logistics provider through the GoGreen Plus program, an initiative designed to reduce CO₂e emissions from our shipments by using Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF). Thanks to this system, every bottle of our Arbequina extra virgin olive oil travels in a more environmentally responsible way.
The increased availability of this sustainable fuel has made it possible to significantly improve the environmental impact of our shipments. As of January 1, 2026, the emissions reduction associated with this service will increase by approximately 9%, with no price increase or changes to costs for our customers.

This progress reinforces our commitment to reducing Scope 3 emissions, contributing to a more efficient, responsible supply chain aligned with the values of those who choose a sustainable premium olive oil. This improvement will be reflected in the GoGreen Plus Certificate 2026, as a guarantee of our environmental progress.
